Address: 3 Hubin Rd 湖滨路3号2楼. Many other locations including original branch at 6-1 Macheng Lu 马腾路6-1号(浙江省高级法院对面).

Highlights: Experience the joy of home-cooked flavours while savoring an affordable meal at The Grandma’s (外婆家). There are also free flow fruits while waiting to keep your bellies occupied. Known for its superior food quality and value, The Grandma’s is a mustvisit place in Hangzhou. Upon being served, the waiters would called out to your queue number, followed by saying “外婆请你吃饭啦!” (Translate: Your grandmother is giving you a treat!)

Highlights: Must-go place for spicy food lovers. Bulbab, literally meaning ‘fire rice’, is a spicy food restaurant in front of Ewha Womans University. Known for its wide variety of seafood and ingredients at an affordable rate, this restaurant is extremely popular amongst students. Do expect the restaurant to be packed with students during lunch and dinner hours.
